Silver linings is a piece with a story. Lately I’ve been practicing gratitude. Before I go to bed I write down 3 things I’m grateful for that day. I felt I needed to do this because I a different perspective on life. I could become so frustrated at times because I havn’t achieved some of my goals yet. And I must say, practicing gratitude is such a powerful process. I feel I’m slowly transforming from someone who could feel discontent so often, to someone who starts appreciating all the silver linings I experience on a daily basis. Therefore I feel much happier and I’m so much more appreciative towards the process instead of the outcome. ‘Never underestimate the power of small steps’ someone once told me. There is so much to be grateful for! This piece was made to honour that process. It’s such a small step from the matt vail blocking the shine, to a illuminated path towards a bright and happy soul. There might be bumps in the road, but mindset is everything. I hope this piece resonates with someone who can feel that bliss.

Silver linings is finished with beautiful silver elements that reflect the light. besides that it contains multiple layers of  matt and high gloss resin in a beautiful moss green colour that represents growth. You will notice it changes colour and intensity during the day as the light changes. It also has a stylish and modern aluminium rim.
